The treatment takes minutes and requires zero downtime. Using a very fine needle, BOTOX® is injected into the facial muscles that are responsible for wrinkles and fine lines and relaxes (paralyzes) the muscles. The ingredients block the signal from the nerve to the muscle, and therefore reduce its ability to contract, and form wrinkles or crevices.

HYPERHYDROSIS OR SEVERE EXCESS SWEATING

Excessive underarm sweating is a medical condition that involves overactive sweat glands. Sweat is your body’s temperature regulator. In severe primary axillary hyperhydrosis, sweating significantly exceeds the body’s normal requirements for cooling. People with the condition do a lot to cope including avoiding social contacts.

BOTOX® is approved by the FDA to treat the symptoms of severe underarm sweating when medicines used on the skin (topical) do not work well enough. BOTOX® is injected into the affected areas to help control this condition by temporarily blocking the chemical signals from the nerves that stimulate the sweat glands. When the sweat glands don’t receive chemical signals, the severe sweating stops. During a simple non-painful procedure, the BOTOX® is injected superficially under the skin surface to stop the stimulation of the nerves to the sweat glands.  Usually one treatment is all that is necessary to last 6 to 9 months while some people need a partial retreatment. Results may vary from person to person.

Dysport®

Treat upper facial wrinkles caused by muscle contraction with Dysport, an FDA-approved neurotoxin comparable to BOTOX®. DERMAL FILLERS

There are two main differences amongst Dermal Fillers: the viscosity (thickness) of the molecules/particles in the filler and how long they last.

Certain areas, such as tiny wrinkles above the lips and under the nose, are best treated with a less viscous, ultrafine filler. Larger areas, such as restoring cheeks or high cheekbones, can be treated with a heavier, thicker molecule/particle. All fillers are instant and temporary. They range from lasting 6 months up to two years.

JUVEDERM®

JUVEDERM® is the first FDA approved hyaluronic acid dermal filler that is proven to be safe and effective for nearly everyone. It works wonders on those annoying creases that run from the bottom of your nose to the corners of your mouth (nasolabial folds), adds volume to your cheek area, and gives you more fuller lips.

Juvederm® Volbella

There is only a slight difference between Restylane and Restylane Lyft. The size of Restylane Lyft molecules are generally larger and injections can be made deeper into the skin tissue, so it is intended for more severe wrinkles, while Restylane® can be effective at targeting mild to deep wrinkles.

Restylane® Silk

Restylane Silk is the first FDA-approved product specifically designed for lip augmentation and the smoothing of wrinkles around the mouth in patients 21 years of age and older. The lips and the lines around the mouth, like other areas of the face, show signs of aging as you get older.
